SHIPPING
Shipping costs within the UK will be added at checkout and will be sent by Royal Mail delivery 2nd class signed for, either a small or medium parcel. Small parcels are £4 and medium parcels are £6.10. For multiple purchases the cost will still be the maximum of £6.10. Large parcels might be sent by courier and you will be notified by email of this for tracking.
Paper gift vouchers will be sent by 1st class post and cost £1.
If you are local you may collect from Parkgate Pottery.

Delivery times can vary depending on the country, so please allow extra time when ordering. Any tax and duty costs payable outside of the UK are the full responsibility of the customer
RETURN & EXCHANGE
I hope that you will love your pottery as much as I enjoyed making it for you, but if you are in any way unhappy you may send them back for an exchange or refund.
Please inform me before returning items - and return within 14 days of the original dispatch from the studio. Please return the goods unused and within the original packaging, taking care to wrap the item as it was sent to you. An exchange will be completed on safe return of the item. Any exchange item that is returned to the studio broken due to poor packaging for delivery may not be refunded or exchanged.

Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for one year from date of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer-damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.
When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
In the unlikely event of items arriving damaged from Parkgate Pottery, a replacement will be provided. An image is requested of items that have been broken in delivery. Notification must be made within 24 hours of receipt of items.
