What type of clay is used?

The current collections are all made from buff coloured stoneware
Are the items dishwasher safe?

Yes they are dishwasher safe.
Are the items food safe?

Yes all items are food safe.
How long will my item take to arrive?

We will endeavour to post out to you as soon as possible sent by royal mail 2nd class signed delivery. All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not directly available, letting you know how long it will take to make your order. In the unlikely case that the availability is not up to date and the order is for a unique piece we will also inform you by email.
Do you make bespoke pieces?

If you would like a bespoke piece please email me with your ideas and I can see if that's something I can help you with.
I've booked a class but wish to cancel/change the date?

We can only provide a full refund for cancellations (minus the website booking fee) made more than 21 days before the start date, after this bookings are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your booking time with another client but this is not guaranteed. Transfers to a different date may be made up to 21 days before the course date but are subject to availability and we will try our best to ensure suitable alternatives are available. A booking can only be transferred on one occasion. If in the unlikely event we have to cancel a course you will receive a full refund.
